SELECTED WORK

Het Lab / 2020

For nearly three years, I led an artistic project called Het Lab at Het Entrepot. In this role, I developed a cultural hub that provided young people with access to artistic equipment, studio space, and creative mentorship. This center enabled hundreds of young artists to independently explore and experiment with visual art and sound. Each Lab—Printlab, Soundlab, Fotolab, Filmlab—offered a unique focus, and within the Printlab, I dedicated efforts toward using organic resources and sustainable practices.

The land as witness / Ongoing

Ongoing documentation of the efforts of Waking Life’s regeneration project that is aiming at turning the festival grounds (35 hectares) into a biodiverse, public park, where flora and fauna grow into vibrant, new ecosystems.

Where Can I Find A Horse In Cambodia? / 2019

The golden age of Cambodian cinema, a period that lasted from 1960 to 1975, survives mostly in memory as many of the films were destroyed, and actors and directors killed, by the Khmer Rouge shortly afterward. This work, compiled during trips to Phnom Penh between 2017 and 2019, reimagines elements from this missing archive through reenactments and interpretations of oral remnants. A fanfiction existing at the borderlands of myth, history, and collective memories.
